Designed and manufactured in the UK, the Hill EVO-310 compressor is designed to fill air gun cylinders in a matter of minutes. It can also be used to fill air bottles. The previous EC-3000 has evolved into the EVO-310:

This EVO-310 version is equipped with Automatic Air Pressure Purge, which activates after the engine stops and the compressor goes into cooling cycle after filling has been paused or stopped. This makes restarting the engine less stressful and removes all air and moisture from the system. Another upgrade is the new Shuttle Valve, which is now made of more durable material. This does make the compressor sound a bit different, but it also makes it run more efficiently and makes it more durable. The EVO-310 also features a highly accurate digital pressure sensor and an analogue pressure gauge, which are not only very accurate, but also eliminate the need for recalibration after a major service. The electronics and software have also been revised and updated to improve ease of use and functionality.

The compressor is extremely quiet for its class with a noise level of only 75 dB. It can fill compressed air reservoirs up to a pressure of 50 bar (755 psi) to 310 bar (4500 psi) and you can set the desired pressure yourself on a digital display (units adjustable in bar/psi/MPa) using a handy rotary knob. The Hill EVO-310 compressor will automatically switch off when the desired pressure is reached, it is equipped with a ⅛” filling hose with male quick coupling.

The lifespan of a compressor depends on good lubrication, which is why the Hill EVO-310 compressor has two oil reservoirs; one with oil for the crankcase and one with silicone oil for the pump. We recommend changing the oil every 50 hours or at least once a year. The compressor can be used between 5 and 75 °C and above that temperature it automatically switches off to cool down and then continues to fill.

We have tested the Hill EVO-310 compressor extensively, filling a 480 cc compressed air cylinder from 100 bar to 250 bar in just 2.5 minutes. Filling a 3 liter compressed air bottle from 100 to 300 bar took 45 minutes, including waiting time for cooling down.

This EU version of the EVO-310 is equipped with a 2-pin EU plug.
